While schedules can be delivered directly to the Assessor of Property office, business owners also have the option of filing through an online portal. This portal is only available prior to the March 1st deadline. After the deadline, any changes will be subject to a Forced Assessment. To file online, you will need the Online ID located on the bottom left of the paper schedule mailed to each business owner. Each schedule mailed includes a paper detailing how to file through the online portal.
